Booking Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 14 October 2026
Please read these terms before confirming a booking. Nothing in these terms affects rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
About us and scope
Your Goalden Ticket Ltd (“YGT”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an independent hospitality and event sourcing business for premium sports, music, live events and hospitality experiences, and may also arrange travel services. We source availability through established trade suppliers and hospitality partners. Unless expressly stated, YGT is not directly affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official agent of any club, venue, promoter or governing body.
For travel bookings arranged on an agency or sub-agency basis, we act as agent or sub-agent for the identified supplier(s). The customer enters into a contract with the relevant supplier(s), whose terms and conditions apply. Where services are booked from different suppliers, separate supplier contracts may arise. Where YGT itself acts as a package organiser or assumes other responsibilities under applicable law, those responsibilities are not excluded by this agency wording. The capacity in which YGT acts will be made clear before booking.
Enquiries, availability and quotations
An enquiry, website listing or quotation does not reserve inventory. All packages, tickets, hospitality and travel arrangements are subject to availability and confirmation. Stock and supplier pricing can change quickly. A booking is confirmed only when YGT issues express confirmation, or, for agency travel arrangements, when confirmation is issued on the relevant supplier’s behalf.
Before payment we will provide or confirm the material booking information available to us, including event or travel details, dates, inclusions, total price, payment schedule, the identity of the relevant supplier where applicable and any significant supplier terms. Advertised prices may change before acceptance. Obvious pricing errors will be addressed promptly; any correction to a confirmed booking is subject to applicable law and contractual rights.
Prices, payments and trust arrangements
Unless clearly stated otherwise, customer-facing prices are the total price payable for the quoted booking, including VAT where applicable and unavoidable charges applied by YGT. Optional extras may be charged separately. The supplier may require a deposit or full payment at booking. Where a deposit is accepted, the balance and its due date will be confirmed in writing. Late or missed payment may result in supplier cancellation and applicable charges, subject to the booking terms and law. Any administration or late-payment charge imposed by YGT will be disclosed before the customer becomes bound by the booking.
Customer payments for bookings made with YGT are processed through protected trust-account arrangements, rather than being paid into our ordinary trading account. Funds are held and released in accordance with the applicable trust arrangements and booking obligations. These arrangements do not alter your contractual cancellation rights or guarantee a refund where a booking is non-refundable. Where card payment is offered, YGT does not store your full card details.
Your booking and information
The person making a booking confirms they have authority to act for their party and must check names, contact details, guest numbers and all confirmation information. Travel passenger names must match the relevant passports. Errors should be reported immediately. Supplier charges may apply to requested corrections. Only services expressly identified in the quotation or confirmation are included; travel, accommodation, transfers and insurance are excluded unless expressly stated.
Information necessary to fulfil a booking may be shared with suppliers and competent authorities as required, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law. Special-category information will be handled in accordance with an appropriate lawful basis and applicable safeguards.
Customer cancellation – event tickets and hospitality
Event tickets and hospitality packages are leisure services connected with a specific date or period. The statutory 14-day cancellation right that applies to many distance contracts will generally not apply to these bookings. Once confirmed, treat bookings as firm. We are not obliged to accept customer-requested cancellation, transfer or refund unless expressly agreed or required by law. Any separate travel cancellation rights are addressed below.
Postponed or rescheduled events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled by the organiser, venue, club, governing body, broadcaster or other competent authority, the booking and hospitality package will normally remain valid for the rearranged date. A change to event date, kick-off time or start time does not itself cancel the booking or create an automatic refund entitlement, except where law requires otherwise. We will pass on revised information and material hospitality changes notified to us.
Event cancellation
If an event is cancelled and not rescheduled, we will contact you about the position for your booking. Any refund, credit, replacement or other remedy will be assessed according to the circumstances, applicable supplier arrangements and statutory rights. A statutory remedy is not conditional on YGT first recovering money from a supplier.
Event and package changes
Event schedules, venue arrangements, menus, hospitality locations and operational details may be changed by organisers, clubs, venues or suppliers. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes notified to us. If a material element of a confirmed package becomes unavailable, we may offer a reasonable alternative where appropriate. Legal rights are unaffected.
Ticket and hospitality fulfilment
Tickets, passes, itineraries and hospitality documentation are often released by venues or suppliers close to the event date. We will provide them as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt and once the booking has been paid in full. You must provide accurate delivery details and monitor the email address or mobile number used for booking. Contact us promptly if documentation is not received when expected.
Venue, organiser and supplier rules
Bookings may be subject to venue, club, organiser, governing-body and supplier rules, including entry requirements, dress codes, age restrictions, ID checks, conduct rules and restrictions on transfer or resale. Relevant rules supplied to us may be passed on to you and must be followed by all guests. We are not responsible for refusal of entry resulting from a guest’s failure to comply with applicable requirements, except to the extent law provides otherwise.
Travel agency and supplier contracts
For travel arrangements sold as agent or sub-agent, YGT arranges for you to contract with the named travel supplier(s), such as airlines, accommodation providers or tour operators. Supplier booking conditions apply in addition to relevant YGT agency terms; ask us for copies before booking. We will make bookings in accordance with your instructions and communicate relevant confirmations. We remain responsible for our own negligence, errors and obligations imposed by law. If YGT offers a package as organiser, separate package booking conditions and statutory protections must be provided.
Travel deposits, balances and price corrections
Travel deposits, balance deadlines and payment conditions are set by the relevant supplier and confirmed during booking. A supplier may cancel for non-payment and apply cancellation charges under its terms. We may correct advertised price errors before a booking is confirmed. Changes to confirmed prices are subject to supplier terms and mandatory consumer and package-travel rights. Any booking or amendment fees charged by YGT will be disclosed before payment.
Travel insurance and special requests
We strongly recommend suitable travel insurance covering cancellation, medical costs, repatriation, baggage and other relevant risks. Some suppliers require insurance as a booking condition. Check policy details and disclose relevant information to the insurer. Special requests such as dietary needs, accessible facilities or room preferences should be provided at booking. We will pass requests to the supplier but cannot guarantee fulfilment unless expressly confirmed.
Changes and cancellations of travel by you
The lead booker should request amendments or cancellation in writing to info@yourgoaldenticket.co.uk. We will acknowledge receipt and seek the supplier’s response. Requests are subject to the supplier’s conditions and any applicable statutory rights. Supplier charges may be substantial, including up to the full price for some non-refundable services. Any separate YGT administration charge must be disclosed in advance. Do not assume a change is accepted until written confirmation is received.
Travel changes or cancellations by suppliers
We will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable of material supplier changes or cancellations communicated to us and assist in relaying available alternatives and refund information. Your rights depend on the supplier contract and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes any responsibility YGT has where it acts as package organiser or is otherwise legally responsible.
Packages, linked travel arrangements and ATOL
Whether travel services constitute a package or linked travel arrangement under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 depends on how the services are offered and booked. Where applicable, we will provide the required pre-contract information, standard information forms, organiser identity, contractual terms and insolvency-protection details before the customer is bound. Where a booking is ATOL protected, the customer will receive the appropriate ATOL Certificate identifying what is protected. No booking should be described as ATOL protected unless the applicable ATOL arrangements have been confirmed. Separate affiliate bookings made directly with third-party websites are governed by those providers’ terms; any linked-travel-arrangement obligations must be assessed on the actual booking flow.
Customer payments and financial protection
YGT processes customer payments through ring-fenced trust-account arrangements subject to independent oversight. Funds are accounted for against bookings and released in accordance with the applicable trust conditions, including authorised supplier payments and refunds where due. The protection available in any particular circumstances depends on the relevant contractual terms and applicable law; trust-account arrangements do not automatically provide cover for every supplier failure or a right to cancel a non-refundable booking.
Passports, visas, health and travel documentation
Customers are responsible for checking applicable passport validity, visa, immigration and health requirements for their own circumstances and destinations, including transit requirements. Rules may change between booking and departure. Seek official guidance and medical advice where appropriate. Check that all travel documents are accurate and available in time and allow sufficient time for check-in. Any airline reconfirmation requirements should be checked with the airline.
Accommodation descriptions and ratings
Accommodation ratings and descriptions are supplied by the relevant providers and may differ between countries and rating systems. They are indicative, not a guarantee of identical standards. Ask for any important accessibility, facility or accommodation details before booking. We will not knowingly misrepresent supplier information and remain responsible for our own legal obligations.
Travel complaints
Report any problem during travel promptly to the relevant supplier or its local representative so it can be investigated and remedied. You may also contact YGT at info@yourgoaldenticket.co.uk, and we will assist with communication where we act as agent. Complaints after travel should be submitted in writing with booking details and supporting evidence. Your statutory rights and any package organiser’s responsibilities remain unaffected.
Events beyond reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, security incidents, industrial action, government action or venue closure, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise. This provision does not override mandatory package-travel or consumer rights.
Liability
Nothing excludes or limits liability where unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. YGT remains responsible for its own booking errors and obligations imposed by law. For travel bookings where YGT acts as an agent or sub-agent, the relevant supplier is generally responsible for performance of its services, subject to applicable law and any obligations applying to a package organiser. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the booking was made or for separate arrangements not purchased from YGT, except where the law provides otherwise.
Complaints and contact
If there is a problem with an event or hospitality booking, contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.
Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in courts available to them under applicable law.
