Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Who we are
Your Goalden Ticket Ltd is the controller of personal information described in this policy. Company No. 17450631, registered in England & Wales. Registered Office: 5 Ivegate, Leeds, United Kingdom, LS19 7RE.
Privacy enquiries: info@yourgoaldenticket.co.uk
2. Information we may collect
- Identity and contact information, such as your name, email address and telephone number.
- Enquiry and booking information, including the event, dates, guest numbers, preferred experience, budget and other requirements you provide.
- Transaction and booking records, including amounts paid and payment status. Full card details are handled by our payment service provider and are not stored by YGT.
- Correspondence with us by email, WhatsApp or other channels.
- Technical and cookie information where optional technologies are enabled, as explained in our Cookie Policy.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, source suitable event options, prepare quotations, take steps requested before a booking, administer confirmed bookings, arrange fulfilment, provide customer support, keep appropriate financial and business records, prevent misuse or fraud and comply with legal obligations.
4. Our lawful bases
Depending on the activity, we may process personal information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, to comply with a legal obligation, for our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business, or because you have given consent.
Where consent is required for optional cookies or electronic marketing, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
5. Marketing
We do not treat a normal event enquiry as automatic consent to receive marketing. If we introduce an email marketing or availability-alert signup, marketing consent will be collected separately where required and you will be able to unsubscribe.
6. Who we may share information with
We may share relevant information with suppliers, venues, organisers or service providers where this is necessary to source, confirm or fulfil your booking. We may also use professional advisers, IT providers, payment providers and other processors that support the operation of YGT.
We only share the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. We do not sell your personal information.
7. Payments
Card payments are processed by a payment service provider. YGT does not store your full card number or card security code. The payment provider may process personal information under its own privacy information and legal obligations.
8. WhatsApp and external services
If you contact us using WhatsApp or another third-party service, that provider will process information under its own terms and privacy policy. The bespoke enquiry form on our website currently prepares a WhatsApp message on your device; it does not itself create a YGT marketing subscription.
9. Travel partner
Our Travel section uses third-party travel technology. If you choose to enable that functionality, the provider may receive technical and search information and may use cookies or similar technologies. Please see our Cookie Policy and the relevant provider's privacy information before using the service.
10. Affiliate links
Some links on our website may direct you to third-party providers using affiliate tracking links. If you follow an affiliate link, the third-party provider and/or affiliate network may process technical information and use cookies or similar technologies under their own privacy information. Where applicable, Your Goalden Ticket may receive a commission from qualifying purchases. Purchases made through those links are completed directly with the third-party provider.
11. International transfers
Some suppliers or technology providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we expect the relevant controller or processor to use an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism.
12. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including customer service, booking administration, accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution requirements. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of record and our legal obligations.
13. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal information. No internet or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
14. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it.
You can contact us at info@yourgoaldenticket.co.uk. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office if you believe your personal information has been handled unlawfully.
15. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the business, website or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with its update date.
